About Us
What this site does
You enter your 14-digit reference number or your consumer ID, and your LESCO bill opens on the official PITC portal in a new tab. That is the whole tool. It saves you the menu navigation and the captcha, and nothing else happens in between.
If you tick “Remember this number on this device,” the number is kept in your own browser so you don’t have to type it again next month. It stays on your phone or laptop. It does not reach us.
What we write about
Alongside the bill check, this site covers the things people actually get stuck on: finding your reference number on a printed bill, recovering it with your CNIC when the bill is lost, reading the charges breakdown line by line, working out why an amount jumped, estimating a bill before it arrives, peak and off-peak hours, and the complaint routes when a figure is wrong.
Where a figure comes from a NEPRA notification or an FBR rate, we say so and check it again when the notification changes. Where something varies by connection, we say that too instead of picking the tidier answer.
Where the limits are
We are not LESCO. We cannot correct a bill, adjust a reading, extend a due date, or take a payment. Those all go through LESCO or NEPRA, and every page here points you to the right one.
Questions, corrections, or something on the site that’s out of date — the contact page is the place.
